Customer support response times were inconsistent. One representative acted decisively to resolve a temperature-alert routing issue that might have ruined a load - which impressed me - but billing disputes and scheduling errors lingered for weeks despite repeated calls; I've been managing a small fleet of ten trucks for a year and that kind of uncertainty makes planning difficult. They can be effective in a pinch, yet the unpredictable follow-through leaves me cautious about relying on them for critical shipments.
