Switching to JAS from our old regional broker was the smartest change this past season. We run 15 trucks in the Southeast and after five years with carriers who could barely tell us where a load was, JAS SmartHub's live updates finally gave accurate ETAs - that one feature cut idle time at docks by days, not hours. Customs still needs the occasional push, but the visibility made invoicing simpler and the staff reponded quickly to exceptions; in short I'm very pleased with the expeirence.
