When a last-minute customs hold threatened to strand a load in Miami on a Saturday night, the JAS agent not only called customs but stayed on the line and texted our dispatcher every 15 minutes until the release came through. I’ve got 50 trucks and losing that run would have wrecked the week - what made me happiest was the follow-up: a SmartHub note with the cleared paperwork attached so I could file it without digging. Five stars for support; they actually moved faster than I expected and kept me in the loop.
