The JAS SmartHub live-visibility was the single feature that impressed me most. Its real-time ETAs and geofenced alerts cut down on status calls and let me re-scedule pickups on the fly - I manage 35 trucks in the Southwest and after seven years of juggling info from multiple carriers this clarity saved dispatch hours and eased planning. Only gripe is occasional lag when a small carrier's telemtry doesn't push through and we recived delayed updates, which is why I docked a star.
