I've used CoyoteGO for five years. Last month I booked a promising refrigerated load that showed a clear pickup address and time, but the night before the pickup the address changed in the system, the manifest on the app still showed the old location while the driver was already on the road - with 15 trucks in the Southeast that kind of disptach error cost us a day's pay and a detention fee and support took forever to respnd. It does find decent loads fast, but that kind of inconsistency makes me hesistant to trust it for time-sensitive runs.
