Bottom line: CoyoteGO just isn't as dependable as the platform I used before - more ghosted loads and last-minute rate cuts. I had two booked loads re-priced after acceptance and one pickup disappear because paperwork never uploaded, which burned deadhead miles and cost me a Saturday run. With three trucks on the road I don't have time for extra phone calls, so I ended up going back to the other app that actually holds its offers.

Batch booking is a lifesaver - lets me grab a handful of runs in seconds during a hectic dispatch window. That said, twice this month it either double-accepted or froze mid-booking and forced me to re-do confirmations and cancel contracts; after ten years dispatching and running 15 trucks across the Southwest I'm torn - love the speed, hate the headaches when it trips up.

After 18 years managing a 50-truck fleet across the Northeast, I expect load platforms to work when the clock's tight. CoyoteGO does a good job surfacing lanes and the load details and pricing are usually straightforward - when it’s responsive I can grab decent freight quickly. The problem is reliability: the app lagged during peak booking windows, pages didn’t refresh, and once it froze mid-booking so we lost a well-paid spot that ended up costing us a day of revenue. Tracking and load management in the platform are fine most of the time, but support was slow the day we were stuck and that turned a fixable hiccup into a headache. I’m torn - it’s a useful source of loads, just not something I’d trust for mission-critical, time-sensitive moves without a backup plan.
