I've used FreightClub for 18 months. The mobile app is unrealiable - it often crashes during booking and tracking updates lag so badly that, for my 15-truck fleet, we missed pickups and racked up several hundered dollars in detention fees in a single week because drivers couldn't pull up accurate ETAs. Support responds slowly and the app UI is clunky on smaller phones; I keep falling back to phone calls and spredsheets just to get the day-to-day work done.
