I've used FreightClub for 18 months. The LTL rate-comparison grid stood out - it lays out carrier quotes, transit times and accessorial fees side-by-side and lets you book directly from the quote without juggling spreadsheets. Managing a 55-truck fleet in the Southeast, that single feature cut admin time dramatically and made carrier negotiations much more direct; the only downside has been occasional delays in tracking updates during peak periods.

Twelve years into dispatching a 50-truck fleet in the Southeast, I finally gave FreightClub a shot. Before this I'd be toggling carrier portals and wrestling with a spreadsheet - pulled quotes took too long; FreightClub lets me compare LTL rates side-by-side in minutes. The one thing that won me over was that live price comparison; it cut decision time and saved us real dollars on a couple of lanes. Integration quirks still pop up, but it's a clear improvement over the old chaos.
