Mae Kris's review of EchoShip
Bottom line: EchoShip does deliver on instant quotes, but getting it running was a slog. The account setup required more paperwork and carrier verifications than I expected, and hooking their API into our TMS ate up a week of developer time and several support calls. Once we had it configured the digital tendering sped things up - nice when it works - but support often closed tickets prematurely so I ended up chasing fixes. With 150 trucks in the Northeast I’ve kept it in the mix, using it for quick lanes while still relying on our old channels for the rest; useful, but not something I trust blindly yet.
