Bottom line: EchoShip won me over with one prompt, effective support interaction. When a carrier assignment fell through mid-day, a support specialist (Maria) had alternate capacity lined up and tendered it within an hour - that quick, hands-on attention kept our 55-truck fleet on schedule. The platform could be more intuitive in places, but the responsiveness of their team makes it practical for high-volume operations.

I've used EchoShip for two years. The mobile app is painfully unreliable - it times out when drivers try to accept a tender and frequently freezes during routing, which killed a couple of pickups last month. With a 75-truck fleet up and down the Pacific Northwest that translated into missed loads and over $3,500 in detention fees last quarter alone, plus frantic calls to rebook. The shipment visibility on the app is worse than useless; GPS updates are stale so customers get false "in transit" alerts and my dispatchers waste hours chasing confirmations. Fix the mobile experience, Echo - until then it costs me time and money every day.

Disliked the mobile app - it kept dropping connections and wouldn’t upload PODs or accept tenders reliably.
