When a carrier assignment fell through mid-day, a support specialist (Maria) had alternate capacity lined up and tendered it within an hour - that quick, hands-on attention kept our 55-truck fleet on schedule. The platform could be more intuitive in places, but the responsiveness of their team makes it practical for high-volume operations.

Disliked the mobile app - it kept dropping connections and wouldn’t upload PODs or accept tenders reliably.
