...got into it late one afternoon and the onboarding rep actually mapped our carrier EDI in one call, which blew me away. The data-mapping wizard is the single thing that made setup painless - with 35 trucks we were tendering loads in about two wks instead of the usual month, save for a few manual field tweaks. Not flawless, there were a couple odd field mappings that took an extra hour or two, but the initial sprint saved us days and I was pleasently surprised.
