I've used Uber Freight TMS for about nine months. Thought the subscription would be another cost, but between faster carrier payments and finding loads that cut deadhead I actually came out ahead - the quick-pay feature getting fuel money in my hands faster is what sold me. If you care about pay speed more than bells and whistles, it was worth every dollar.

...felt night and day compared to our old on‑prem system. The thing that really made me happy was carrier sourcing - where our previous TMS kept us waiting days for firm load confirmations, Uber Freight TMS taps the marketplace and gets booked capacity in minutes, which for a ten‑truck West Coast fleet trying to level out weekly lanes is a significant operational improvement. It also reduced invoicing headaches so I can spend more time on routing decisions.

Last month a Spokane-to-Portland load looked dead when the assigned carrier bailed an hour before pickup. The TMS pulled a replacement from Uber Freight’s marketplace in under 20 minutes and pushed the details to my driver's phone - after 25 years on the road running three trucks in the PNW I don't say that lightly.
