…getting the carrier mappings straight was a pain; their UI buries account credentials in menus I didn't expect, and it took a week of back-and-forth with support to see live rates. Once connected the labal generation worked reliably and cut down time at the docks, yet the ERP integration still needed custom field mapping that our dev had to script - not plug-and-play. I'm torn: it ultimately saves us time but the onboarding friction and thin documentation made the first month feel unnecessaryy hard.
