I've used ShipERP for three years. The mobile app's barcode scanner and on-the-spot label printing genuinely speed up dock turnarounds, but intermittent freezes during carrier handoffs and a finicky offline mode mean those minutes get swallowed by restarts and manual fixes. Working in the Southwest with a 250-truck fleet and 15 years in operations, I value reliability; ShipERP delivers in bursts and disappoints in others, leaving me torn about whether it truly improves daily workflow.

Twelve years dispatching and managing roughly fifty trucks around the Southeast has made me skeptical of vendor support, so ShipERP actually surprised me. When a carrier feed died at 2 a.m. and labels stopped printing, their rep jumped on a call, hunted down a bad API token, and had us printing again in about twenty minutes - saved a night of drivers sitting idle. That kind of late-night, hands-on help is why I’m giving them five stars.
