Vito Bruen-Bradtke's review of Fretron
Bottom line: it cost me a full day's revenue and a seriously pissed-off customer. I dispatch 30 trucks on the West Coast and have used Fretron for about a year; during a storm the ETA feed froze, the geofence never triggered, and my driver sat at the dock for four hours - detention ran about $900 and we missed a weekly lane because nothing updated. Support took forever to respond and the only fix was old-school phone calls and spreadsheets, so I pulled those lanes off Fretron for anything time-sensitive.
