On day two I accidentally archived our biggest shipper and spent an hour on the phone trying to restore it. After twenty-two years of juggling spreadsheets for a 100-truck Northeast fleet, I figured migration would be quick; instead the import process was fiddly, needed multiple CSV edits and a couple support callbacks, but once carriers and billing were sorted it did cut down double-entry - so I'm torn: getting started is a headache, but there’s real payoff if you’re willing to fight through setup.
