The app makes it ridiculously quick to capture POD photos and mark milestones on the move; drivers tap a couple buttons and dispatch can see status without chasing. Running an 85-truck fleet in the Pacific Northwest, that drop in back-and-forth saves real time and headaches during tight pickup windows. It isn't flawless - every few days photos take a while to upload and GPS can lag in thick timber country - but those hiccups are rare enough that they don't derail the day. For smaller brokerages that want a simple, dependable mobile tool to execute loads, LoadPilot gets most of it right.
