Bottom line: LoadPilot mostly did the job, but when timing mattered it sometimes let us down. I relied on it to push carrier assignments and exception alerts - most of the time it quietly handled load creation and paperwork, which kept things moving. Twice this quarter an alert delayed and a carrier assignment didn’t update, costing us a missed pickup window and an angry shipper; those hiccups are the kind of reliability problems that hit my bottom line. I run a 120-truck fleet in the Midwest and after 25 years you learn to hate intermittent glitches more than flashy features. I'm torn: it’s clean and straightforward for day-to-day work, yet on peak days I’d want a backup plan rather than depending on it alone.
