Morton O'Reilly's review of LoadPilot
I appreciate the mobile app's simplicity, but its frequent sync delays make it hard to trust for last-minute dispatches. We run 20 trucks in the Northeast and after three years in this business I like that drivers can update status and drop a POD without digging through menus. Yet on rainy afternoons or when they're off a main highway the app will sit trying to 'sync' for minutes and push notifications for new loads don't always come through, so I end up calling more than I'd like. The interface is clean and onboarding newer drivers was quick, which saved time, but stability issues mean I still keep a paper backup and a secondary app for confirmations. Mixed feelings: it's clearly aimed at brokers who want fewer bells, but for the pace of a 20-truck fleet running tight lanes, those mobile quirks keep it from being my go-to.
