Bottom line: Aljex was worth the spend for us - it recouped costs in under six months thanks to faster billing. The sticker shock of the monthly seats and initial setup had me worried until our invoicing moved from a three-day slog to same-day sends; that one automation cut late payments and freed an admin full-time. I've managed a 120-truck fleet in the Midwest for 25 years, so I notice where dollars actually flow, and this one feature paid for the platform. Support can be slow on odd issues and there were a few extra training hours we hadn’t budgeted, but for mid-sized brokers who need cleaner cash flow it’s a net win.
