Two decades in logistics and a 40-truck operation based in the Midwest have left me picky about load visibility and carrier selection. What really stood out with Aljex was the rules-based carrier tendering - I built lanes that prioritize by rate, past on-time percentage, and equipment type, then let the system handle the outreach. Within a month we cut manual phone-outs by about 60% and pickups started happening more predictably, which freed up two dispatchers for other tasks. That said, it stumbles when a carrier changes contact info or you need to force a one-off tender; the override path works but is clunky and sometimes slow. Big win for dispatch efficiency, so I’m giving it 4/5.
