The photo POD upload is the real win - one snap and the proof shows up in the broker portal even when I’m stuck on patchy LTE, so I don’t get pestered for paperwork. Little things like big check-in buttons make life on Northeast runs way less annoying.

Tendering and load-board integration are noticeably better than our old TMS - carriers reply quicker and dispatchers picked it up fast after 11 years running about 60 trucks in the Southeast, so that part felt like a real win. But billing and invoice reconciliation still demand too much manual cleanup and the reporting customization is clumsy, so I'm honestly torn: useful for day-to-day ops, frustrating for month-end.
