I've been using Aljex for three years. Their support team is the main reason we stuck with the platform - calls usually get picked up within an hour and the reps will stay on the line until the problem's actually fixed. Our small operation of 20 trucks in the Northeast needed EDI setup with QuickBooks, and one technician walked me through the mapping step-by-step, which saved us several days of invoices stuck in limbo. Not everything is perfect - some screens feel clunky and a couple of features load slowly - but the responsiveness and follow-through from support make those hiccups tolerable. If the human side of a vendor matters to you, their service will make a real difference.
