Mid-run across the Midwest I had a messed-up BOL and the rep stayed on the phone, reissued the corrected doc, and pushed it to accounting so the invoice was adjusted same day - saved me a ton of back-and-forth with dispatch. The app has rough edges, but the folks on the other end make it worth using.

Tendering and load-board integration are noticeably better than our old TMS - carriers reply quicker and dispatchers picked it up fast after 11 years running about 60 trucks in the Southeast, so that part felt like a real win. But billing and invoice reconciliation still demand too much manual cleanup and the reporting customization is clumsy, so I'm honestly torn: useful for day-to-day ops, frustrating for month-end.
