Honestly, paid nearly $1,200/month once subscription, onboarding and mandatory add-on connectors were all billed - a steep price for a ten-truck operation on the West Coast. The extra carrier access fees and unexpected per-load transaction charges bled our margins and caused billing mismatches that cost roughly $2,500 in lost revenue and carrier chargebacks in the first quarter alone. It looked fine on demos, but for my operation the cost outweighed any benefit; not worth the hit to cash flow.
