On Tuesday the automated tendering module re-routed a live freight to a carrier we had suspended, which caused a missed pickup and a $1,200 detention fee. The tendering logic appears to ignore carrier status flags and there's no simple way to pin or hard-block carriers, so despite the suspension showing in settings Aljex pushed the load and my dispatcher spent three hours untangling reroutes while the shipment sat idle. After 30 years in the business managing 200 trucks, that lack of reliable tender controls - and the slow support response - cost us money and confidence in their platform.
