Last Thursday our dispatch screen froze while assigning a critical backhaul, duplicated the load record, and sent our driver to the wrong pickup - we missed the 4:00 PM delivery window. Billing then auto-generated two invoices for the same trip, the broker refused to pay one, and we absorbed $1,250 in detention and extra fuel while suport took over three hours to patch the records; the man-hours and client trust costed us more than the system saves. I've managed 15 trucks in the Southeast for five years, and this kind of flaky scheduling makes ITS Dispatch hard to rely on for tight lanes.

I've used ITS Dispatch for two years. We switched from a patchwork of spreadsheets, phone calls and a clunky legacy TMS, and managing 30 trucks on the West Coast the thing that made me happiest was the billing workflow - auto-generated invoices and clearer settlements cut our driver settlement time in half. Reporting is still basic and I miss a few advanced filters, but for daily dispatch and faster invoicing it's proven dependable; I give it 4/5.

Bottom line: the mobile photo proof-of-delivery that auto-attaches to the correct load and invoice is the standout feature - no more emailing photos to dispatch. After years on Southeast runs, that alone cut settlement back-and-forth and saved real time, though GPS pings can lag on some routes.
