Really impressed with the real time yard view. I like being able to see my truck status change without refreshing a bunch or calling around. The interactive map makes it clear where we are in the process. I did have to tweak a couple notification settings to match how we run, but that was minor. Overall, I trust what I see on screen when things are moving.

Great for real time yard status. I can open it and immediately see whether our trailer has been checked in, moved, or is waiting near a door. The updates come through in a way that matches what the warehouse is doing. I also like having the record of status changes when questions come up later. It took a little tweaking on our side to get used to the terminology, but after that it was smooth. For visibility alone, I would keep it.
Reliable visibility into stop status. I like being able to track where a load is in the dock process without guessing what is happening at the facility. The timestamps and status changes feel consistent across inbound and outbound appointments. I did have to click around at first to learn where the latest update lives, but it is logical once you know it. For high volume weeks, having that single view keeps me sane.
Really happy with the notifications. I set it up so customers get automatic alerts when a shipment moves through key status changes, and the messaging feels consistent instead of random. The timing of updates has been reliable for what we watch day to day. I also like that the tracking experience looks like our brand, not a generic page. My only nit is it took some trial and error to dial in which alerts we wanted.
Disappointing routing behavior. I rely on the in app navigation, and it will sometimes reroute too aggressively when GPS drifts. I tested it side by side with other navigation apps and the path choices were inconsistent. When that happens, I have to babysit the route instead of just following it. For a driver app, that defeats the point. I wish it gave more control over the routing logic.
Good visibility for the team, but not perfect. I like that dispatch can see my location in real time, and the live status updates are accurate when I remember to check in. The downside is that if I miss a check in, the status can lag behind what is really happening. I also wish the app made it clearer when an update failed to send. Overall, it works, but it needs a tighter flow for those edge cases.

I do wish more recruiters included clearer pay and schedule notes, but the board itself is solid.
Pretty solid search, but results feel uneven. I like being able to narrow down jobs by the kind of driving I want, and the listing pages load fast. The downside is I still run into postings that look thin on details, so I have to guess before I click through. I also wish the experience was more consistent when switching between local and OTR searches. Overall it works, but I do double checking.
