Excellent for researching companies quickly. I use it to read up on employers before I put in an application, and the extra context helps me decide if it is worth my time. The application tracking is also handy since I bounce between a lot of listings. I did notice some reviews feel inconsistent, so I take them with a grain of salt. Overall, I trust it as a starting point for my job search.
