Nice branded tracking page. I set it up for our customers and it looks clean, but tweaking the look took me a little trial and error.

Nice, simple delivery updates. We use it mainly so everyone sees the same shipment status in one place. It is not fancy, but it keeps me from guessing where things are.
Pretty happy with the order dashboard. I can see what still needs to go out and what is already moving, which keeps me from guessing. I only wish the layout was a little cleaner.
Really happy with the order visibility. I can follow an order from placement through delivery without jumping between pages. The delivery updates are clear, though the dashboard can feel busy at first.
Decent for tracking orders, not perfect. I like having fulfillment and tracking together, but I’ve seen updates lag a bit when I’m checking in the middle of the day. It’s okay, just not as smooth as I hoped.
Good visibility when I am away from the truck. I like being able to glance at the cold readings without calling anyone. The history view is fine, just a little busy.
Surprisingly good for dispatch accuracy. I check the location before assigning a trailer, and it usually matches what we see in the yard. The only nit is the refresh is not always instant, so I wait a second and try again.
Easy to keep an eye on temps. We haul refrigerated loads and I can see the temperature readings without jumping through hoops. I do wish the screen for history was a little clearer.

Easy scheduling when the warehouse uses it. I booked my appointments in a couple minutes and got the confirmation right away. I just wish the pages loaded a bit faster on my phone sometimes.
