Good ePOD flow most days. I like being able to check the delivery confirmation without calling the driver. A couple times the status took longer than I expected to update.

Pretty easy to scan barcodes. I just point the camera and it usually grabs it quick. I have had a couple labels that took two tries, but nothing crazy.
Vehicle checks are pretty handy. I like that our drivers can knock them out on the phone and I can see it in the dashboard. Sometimes they forget, but that is not really on the app.
Really like the imaging part. We use it to document what went out the door, and it keeps disagreements down. I wish the camera angle guidance was a little more obvious.
Really nice return transparency. I can pull up the status fast and it matches what our team is seeing. Small nit is I wish the main view loaded a little quicker on my phone sometimes.
Honestly, the notifications feel spot on. We started using the automated updates and I like that customers get the message without us babysitting it. I just wish the wording was a little more customizable.
Setup went smoother than I expected. We hooked into our existing carriers and I did not have to chase down a bunch of custom work. A couple settings felt buried, but once it was in place it was fine. I would do it again.
Honestly pretty nice for tracking inbound stuff. We just scan and it keeps a neat trail, which I appreciate. I only had to explain it once to the team and they were fine.
