Decent help, but a little uneven. I liked how they explained the drug and alcohol program in plain language. I did have to follow up more than once to get a final confirmation.

Super helpful with licensing paperwork. I sent what I had and they told me what was missing without making it a big deal. I just wish the status updates were a bit more frequent.
Really handy for price checking on the road. I like being able to see what fuel is going for before I pull in, and the discounts at participating stops feel straightforward. The payment side took me a minute to get used to, but it has been smooth since.
Pretty annoying for fuel receipts. I tried using the receipt capture and it missed info enough times that I stopped trusting it. I still had to double check the entries and that got old fast.
Rewards are a nice little bonus. I use the card regularly and it is cool seeing the rewards add up without me thinking about it. Nothing fancy, just a good extra.
Honestly, the loyalty perks are the best part. I use it at the same travel centers anyway, so it is nice to get something back when I fuel. I just wish the rewards info was a bit simpler to understand at a glance.
