Works fine, but feels a little dated. I like having delivery status in one spot. Still, the desktop side can be a bit annoying when it lags.

Nice and simple tracking. I check status a couple times a day and it is easy to read. I also like the delivery notifications so customers stop asking where stuff is.
The customer alerts are the best part for me. I set them up once and now I just spot check the messages, though the notification options could be clearer.
Super solid for keeping tabs on orders. I can see where things are in the process without digging. My only gripe is I wish the status wording was a little simpler.
Love the automated fulfillment flow. I set it up once and it keeps the same steps moving without me babysitting it. The only nit is the settings take a bit to learn.
Really like the mobile app. I check vehicle locations on my phone and it loads fast without me digging around. Only nit is it took me a bit to find the alerts page.
Video stuff is pretty legit. I pulled up a couple clips when a driver asked what happened and it was easy to find. I wish the loading was a hair faster on my phone sometimes.
Decent tracking, but not perfect. I like being able to check location quickly when I need it. The status updates can lag a bit on my end.
Surprisingly good for remote monitoring. I can check status without calling anyone, and it feels consistent. My only gripe is the dashboard takes a bit to load sometimes.
Super easy to book a slot. We stopped guessing what the dock schedule looked like, and the updates come through clearly. I wish the first login walkthrough was a bit more obvious.
Honestly, the live status is the best part. I can check in and see if we are waiting or getting worked without chasing anyone down. It is not flashy, but it is clear.
