Okay service, but I got lost. I needed help with licensing paperwork and I kept mixing up what they were asking for. When I called, it made more sense, but I wish it was simpler from the start.

Pretty easy renewals, no drama. I am not great with online forms, so I was happy they just told me what they needed and handled the rest. I did have to follow up once to make sure everything was moving, but it worked out fine.
Not impressed, kinda messy overall. I tried to get my DOT number info updated and it turned into a lot of back and forth. I do not know all the rules, so I needed clearer instructions.
Got my DOT and MC through them when I started my company. They were pretty straight with me about the fact that getting the number and having active authority aren't the same thing. That was helpful because I was ready to start booking loads immediately and didn't understand the waiting part.
Nice idea, kinda confusing day to day. I can record fuel stops fine, but I get lost when I try to read the efficiency numbers.
Not great for me. I tried using the reports to figure out fuel usage and I got lost quick. I just want it simpler when I log in, and I kept forgetting where the numbers were.
Decent network, but not perfect. I like having plenty of places to fuel with the card, but I still run into stretches where it is not convenient. I am not great with apps, so I just go by what I see on the route.
