More hassle than I expected. I tried to set an appointment and I got mixed up on which step actually locked it in. I ended up not being sure if we were scheduled and it made me nervous.

Not very friendly for me. I got lost trying to find the latest tracking update and it felt like there were too many steps. I just wanted a simple view of where it was.
It is okay, not perfect. I like that I can check the job info on my phone, but I still get confused bouncing between screens. I am not great with apps, so it took me a bit to get used to it. Once I figured it out, it was fine.
Not bad, just takes getting used to. I can find my jobs and close them out, but I still get mixed up on where to tap for the next step sometimes.
Pretty annoying to use day to day. I keep getting turned around because the navigation feels off and I do not trust it. I went back to my usual maps most days.
Pretty easy to prove the drop. I just snap the proof and move on, which I can handle. Only thing is the buttons felt a little small to me.
