Not happy with the shipment updates. I kept seeing delivery info lag behind what I expected.

Solid for tracking assets in real time. I check it a couple times a day and it is been reliable.
Good alerts when something moves. I get the notifications I expect, just not always instantly.
Good visibility, average mobile experience. I can check temps quickly, but I still fumble around the phone screens sometimes.
Good sensor data, mostly. I can see temperature history clearly, but the charts could load a bit faster.
Pretty handy for real time location checks. I like seeing where containers are, though the interface took me a minute to get used to.
Decent view of where trailers are. I wish the automated alerts were less noisy and easier to trust.
Okay overall, nothing mind blowing. I like the location view, but the interface feels dated to me.
