Brown Heller's review of Phillips Connect

Pretty frustrating to rely on. I keep getting alerts that do not match what I am seeing on the equipment, so I end up second guessing it. For me, the sensor status just feels jumpy and unreliable.

Very dependable for dispatch accuracy. We find the live location view clear, and the overall tracking is easy to read even for me. Setup was a bit fussy, but once it is going it is great.

Pretty solid status visibility. I like checking trailer health at a glance, but the GPS refresh feels hit or miss sometimes.
