Decent dashboards, but I wish the alerts were easier to tune. I like the real time view, yet it can feel noisy.

Reliable live tracking most days. I check it during dispatch and it updates fast enough for what I need.
Fine data, rough onboarding. We got useful status updates, but the initial setup and pairing felt more complicated than it needed to be.
Decent location updates, but the status info feels hit or miss for us. I like it, just not always consistent.
