Just frustrating to use day to day. I keep running into load status updates that lag behind what drivers tell me.
Not happy with the mobile app. I tried using it for updates and it kept feeling laggy and awkward.
Decent ETAs, but not perfect. I use it daily, and the timing can wobble on longer trips.
Decent overall, but the notifications can be noisy. I appreciate the updates, yet I had to dial back how often they popped up.
