Gets the documentation done. I like the GPS proof, but scanning barcodes is hit or miss for me.

Really solid live tracking data. I like that I can glance at the map and trust what I am seeing most of the time.
Easy to monitor shipment progress. I can check where things stand without extra clicks.
Decent carrier connections, but it feels a little clunky sometimes. I like having statuses in one place, yet the setup took longer than I expected.
Works fine for tracking, but the desktop feel is limiting. I prefer something that is easier to use away from my main computer.
