Support was actually helpful when we had questions. I reached out about getting everything talking correctly and they walked me through it without rushing. The replies came back with clear steps and no fluff. I liked that they stuck to the basics and did not push extra add ons. The only downside was the first response was not instant, but it was same day for me.

Nice and clear cargo condition updates. I check the temperature readouts during runs and it feels dependable. The status changes show up without me babysitting it. I do wish the alert wording was a bit more plain.

Decent for trailer location, but the install took longer than I expected. I got it working, just not as plug and play as I hoped.
