Decent, but not perfect. I like the location updates, but the alerts can feel a bit noisy until you dial them in.

Pretty reliable for temperature visibility. I like getting quick alerts in the app, but the reporting takes a bit to get used to.
Just not reliable for us. I kept seeing the live location lag behind what our drivers reported.
Nice remote monitoring. I like being able to check asset status without calling anyone.
