Decent driver updates, but not always smooth. I like the mobile workflow, yet we still hit confusing status changes sometimes.

Pretty reliable for messaging dispatch. I can send quick updates without hunting through menus, though it still feels a bit busy on smaller screens.
Nice for quick live location sharing. I can send it and move on without babysitting it.
Good idea, but learning it took time. I can build routes, but it is not super obvious at first.
Proof of delivery is finicky. I keep getting failed photo uploads and then I have to try again.
Solid signature capture most days. I wish the screen was a bit more readable in bright light, but it works.
