Twenty years on Midwest roads and after jumping from Route4Me and our clunky in-house planner, Routific actually tightened routes enough to cut fuel and idle time. But the live GPS and ETAs are jumpy in rural spots and the dispatcher UI makes you babysit re-routes more than I used to - useful savings, frustrating trade-offs.

Four days using it and setup was a disaster - the app couldn't verify my carrier ID, refused to accept POD photos, and I wasted an entire shift on the phone with support while deliveries piled up. After 20 years driving in the Midwest I've never had onboarding this clumsy; it cost me missed drops and overtime.
...thought it was just another board until support froze my account mid-bid and then ignored every call and email. After twenty years hauling out of the Midwest I lost a $1,200 load and burned 200 deadhead miles because their customer service treated me like a number.
Bottom line: Circuit’s mobile app keeps my routes honest - the live ETA recalcs are the one feature that actually saves me time. After twenty years driving through Midwest construction and surprise winter snarl-ups, the app re-routes and updates arrival times in seconds so customers stop calling and I don’t have to park and mess with a laptop between stops.
