The pay was solid - found several West Coast loads that paid noticeably better than the usual junk we see. I handle dispatch for a 30-truck outfit and those extra few tenths per mile made the subscription worth it on long hauls where the cents actually add up. Not perfect (some deadhead gaps), but for the price it’s a net win.

Morning chaos is my baseline - 30 trucks on the West Coast and a year trying to tame routes. Getting started with Circuit was weirdly split: importing batches of addresses and auto-routing worked fast and smart, so I had usable plans in minutes. But rolling it out to drivers was a pain - logins, app GPS handoffs, and a few bad geocodes meant more phone calls and manual fixes than I'd hoped; pretty torn because the backend is slick but the field side needs polish.
they don't just book something because the truck is empty. I've said no to loads and we keep looking. had one last month that paid decent going in but would've put me in a terrible spot coming out. My dispatcher actually told ME not to take it. Thats when I knew he was paying attention.
I've used Truxx.ai for about a year. It's way quicker than the old load board we used matches show up instantly and carriers actually respond BUT the pricing suggestions can be off for our West Coast lanes, so I end up adjusting offers more than I'd like. With thirty trucks that inconsistency makes it feel like both a time-saver and a headache depending on the day.
