Bottom line: their support actually answers and sticks with you until the problem's fixed - that kind of help matters. A tech rep stayed on a screenshare for half an hour to chase down a GPS-to-route mismatch and sent clear follow-up steps for my drivers; the app has the occasional lag, but the people on the other end make running two trucks in the Southwest a lot less painful.

…the live ETA recalculation is a joke - yesterday it routed both of my trucks into a construction detour, tacked on 40 extra miles and cost me nearly a half tank plus a missed lunch-window drop. Support's canned response didn't help; can't afford software that stretches my day and leaves customers mad.
The app itself is pretty easy. Offers come in, you can look at the load and decide if it makes sense. I do wish there was more time to look at some offers before making a decision. Freight moves fast though so I get it.
