Yesterday during a sudden snow squall a customer called livid because their pallet hadn’t shown - so I sent them the HelloTracks live link and they watched our guy pull up and unload, and the whole thing defused in two minutes. I’ve run two trucks for 11 years and that real-time view saved me a headache and a potential rebook. Pretty simple feature, but it actually matters when tempers are high and roads are bad.
New MC was the hard part for me. Plenty of loads on boards but then you call and they want 6 months or a year authority. Truxx hasn't magically made that go away, I still get turned down by some brokers. But they've been able to find stuff I can actually run and thats what I needed while I'm building history.
