Last month it froze mid-route on a two-hour refrigerated run, dropped my navigation and refused to upload the photo proof; dispatch showed it as completed, the customer was furious, and I ended up tossing $200 of product and refunding the order. After 20 years running my own rig on the West Coast, it's infuriating that one app crash can wipe out a day's earnings and leave me stuck apologizing.

Twenty years on the West Coast running my own rigs, I finally ditched paper manifests and the old Google Maps setup for HelloTracks. After twenty years hauling across the West Coast I get the point of dynamic routing, but this felt like a clever tool that still needs to learn a few manners.
What I liked most was the instant load matching it put me on a paying mile faster than the old load board and endless callback loops. Before Truxx.ai I was scrolling dump sites and making calls; now offers pop up while I'm still finishing paperwork, so my deadhead miles have dropped. Not perfect but pricing can swing and the app has hiccups sometimes, so I’m giving it four stars.
