Yesterday my route got reshuffled while I was at a customer pickup - Circuit jumped me three stops ahead because it detected traffic and suddenly I was going to miss an afternoon appointment. The auto re-sequencing carved off nearly half an hour of drive time, which was awesome, but it ignored the fixed delivery window and the ETA drifted by twenty minutes, so I spent the next hour on awkward calls. After twenty years hauling across the West Coast I get the point of dynamic routing, but this felt like a clever tool that still needs to learn a few manners.
